Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF comics), the following rules apply:

  1. Digital Products: Once the download link has been accessed or the file downloaded, we do not offer refunds. Digital items cannot be “returned”.
  2. Technical Issues: If you have trouble downloading or opening the file, please contact us. We will ensure you receive a working copy of your purchase.
  3. Accidental Duplicates: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge.
  4. Final Sale: All digital sales are considered final once the delivery is completed.
